The Offer & "Free" Aspect

• Q: How is this vacation "free"? A: It's a gift/incentive for purchasing a service/product, not truly zero cost.

• Q: Are there any hidden costs? A: Yes, taxes, resort fees, airfare and miscellaneous expenses are not included.

• Q: Who provides these vacations? A: Serenity Essentials has partnered with a third party to make this experience possible for our VIP customers.

Eligibility & Redemption

• Q: Who can claim this offer? A: Our clients who meet the prerequisite requirement of spending $350 in a single transaction.

• Q: How do I redeem my vacation voucher? A: Once your eligible order is placed, you will receive detailed information via email within 48 hours to redeem your complimentary vacation. Please ensure you input a valid email address when placing your order.

• Q: How long do I have to book? A: All digital incentives created will be assigned an expiration date 7 days out from the date it is sent. Please note that the expiration date shown on the digital incentives only pertains to the actual activation of the incentive. (Pay taxes and misc. fees) After you activate a vacation incentive, you will have 18 months to travel. To activate, you will simply pay the daily taxes and fees that correspond to the incentive online.  Currently, the activation must be paid in $US dollars, but we will offer this in other currencies as soon as possible.

• Q: What's included? A. You have several choices starting from 2 nights to 7 nights depending on date availability. 

• Q: Are flights included? A: no

• Q: Can I pick my dates? A: Yes, dates are booked on a first come first served basis, so we advise planning your complimentary stay in advance.

• Q: Is this a timeshare presentation? A: There is NO timeshare presentation required. 

• Q: What if I have problems? A: If you have any issues with your complimentary stay, please email support@serenityessentials.net and we will connect you with our third-party partners to fix the issue.
